Olivia Jackson was born and raised in Birmingham, AL. She attended Auburn University and graduated with a degree in Communication Disorders. Shortly after her time at Auburn, Olivia moved to China where she studied Mandarin and worked with a Campus Ministry in Evangelism and Discipleship.
She and Corey dated in China and moved back to the states to be married in 2000. After spending a year in Colorado working for Vail Resorts and skiing and hiking every chance she could get, she and Corey moved back to China to serve three more years with a Campus Ministry. There she trained and discipled leaders in the ministry and became a mom for the first time as she gave birth to her son Jordan.
Corey and Olivia moved to Cary, NC in 2008 following a call from the Lord to plant a multicultural church. Olivia has been blessed with two sons Jordan and Josh, and two daughters Camille and Claire.
Olivia spends some of her time coaching the wives of church planters through the ministry of Parakaleo and substitute teaching for Wake County schools. She is thrilled to be joining Monica assisting with the Children’s Ministry at Trinity Park. On a pretty day Olivia loves to be outdoors running, gardening, or hiking with her family and friends.
